About the Program
Trash to Treasure is a creative and engaging drop-in program where participants can explore a variety of hands-on crafts, DIY projects, and upcycling activities. Youth can drop in and attend the sessions that interest them the most! (Please note that a form will need to be filled out when you drop in).
Each two-hour session combines learning and creativity, with participants spending time discovering new skills, concepts, and techniques before applying what they have learned through a fun, project-based activity. Every session will include an interactive learning component designed to encourage creativity, critical thinking, and environmental awareness.
With a different project featured each week of the program, participants can choose which sessions they would like to attend based on their interests and experience.

With their hands-on approach and fun, relatable style, they inspire kids to see everyday “trash” in a whole new way — as something full of potential.
