Our YMCA personal trainers will help you get in the best shape of your life, both physically and mentally. If you’re preparing for a marathon or looking to compete in a sporting event, we’ve got you covered.
You'll get:
• A customized exercise plan designed to get you to where you need to be
• Expert knowledge to help you safely test your limits, and break through barriers to your success
• Motivation and support to ensure you stick to your rigorous training program
Pricing
Single Session:
Members: $50/session *
Non-Members: $75/session *
Package of 12:
Member Cost: $40/session (total $480) *
Non-Member Cost: $65/session (total: $780) *
Sessions are one hour in length

Find Your Fit
Downtown YMCA & South Ridge YMCA | Ages 13+
Find Your Fit is a unique training program designed to help guide you on your fitness journey without the financial commitment of a personal trainer. Choose an exercise stream that aligns with your personal fitness goals, receive an exercise routine via our Hexfit app, and get intermittent support from our fitness team to keep you on track.

For newcomers to the world of fitness. Starting with fundamental movement patterns and proper lifting/training techniques.

For people looking to improve muscular endurance, lose weight, and improve cardiovascular well-being whilst simultaneously gaining and/or maintaining strength.

For people looking to develop muscle strength and growth.
How it Works
1. CHOOSE from one of three exercise streams that best align with your goals.
2. BOOK a time with one of our personal trainers to guide you through the routine and answer questions.
3. FOLLOW your routine for 30 days, using the app to track your progress.
4. CHECK IN with the trainer after 30 days to go over your progress.
