PD Days
Exceptional Care with Exceptional Play
YMCA Before & After School Care offers care during all Medicine Hat Public School District PD Days. This care is offered free of charge for current Before & After School Care families (registration required), and is available to the public for $50/day. Guided by our "Place to Connect Curriculum" our B&A team is dedicated to creating fun experiences for the children in our care that support their interests and developmental needs, while providing lots of opportunities to learn through play.
All PD Days are structured to include opportunities for gross motor development, fine motor development, and social connection. The children take the lead of what we explore throughout the day, and we scaffold play and learning opportunities from there.
