Learning how to use gym equipment for the first time can be intimidating, that’s why the YMCA is happy to offer all of its members an introduction on how to use the various equipment available at both of our fitness locations!
The YMCA gym facilities at both our Downtown and South Ridge locations provide orientations from a personal trainer to all members who would like assistance in learning how to use the various machines available.
