Cancarb Named Title Sponsor of YMCA River Run for Sixth Year
Cancarb is the title sponsor for the YMCA River Run for the sixth year in a row. The company has been a long-time supporter of the YMCA, donating over $40,000 and 880 volunteer hours since 2010.
“When a company steps up to support the community in the way Cancarb has, they deserve to be recognized and commended,” says Sharon Hayward, CEO of the YMCA of Medicine Hat. “This support has been crucial to our Strong Kids program, which ensures YMCA day camps, fitness memberships, and youth classes are available to everyone in the community, regardless of their financial circumstances.”

The 2022 River Run will be held on Saturday, June 18th and will be offered in both an in person and remote format. The YMCA River Run is still accepting sponsors at all levels.
