To apply for financial assistance for Licensed Child Care, you will need to provide the following documentation:

• Line 150 OR Latest CRA Notice of Assessment.

• Last 2 pay stubs OR a referral form from partner associations (AHS, Income Support, Core, Redi, Saamis Immigration, etc.)

• Banking or credit card information

• Identification (ID)
