YMCA Employment Centre offers various supports to assist employers with finding and retaining employees. We work collaboratively with employers to determine what skill enhancement and/or credentials best meet demand for their skilled workforce. From this, we are able to directly match motivated job seekers to available employment opportunities

 Our team will deliver on-the-job coaching and mentorship to support employment maintenance.
