Drop-in Family Programs

  • 10:00AM - 11:00AM Kindergym
    0-6 Years

    Free play in the gym! This program provides an opportunity for preschoolers and their parents to socialize and play in a fun and safe gym environment. Drop in rates apply to non-members.

    Running shoes and clothing that is comfortable to move in is encouraged.  Parent supervision is required.

    This drop-in program is only offered at our South Ridge location.

  • 11:00AM - 12:00PM Mommy & Me Stroller Walk
    Ages 0-6 Years

    Come and enjoy some mommy & me bonding time sharing the walking track alongside other mothers! Stay active and social while letting your little ones explore more of what the YMCA has to offer.

    Strollers are permitted on the walking track during these designated times.  Parent supervision is required.

    Ages 6-12 Years

    Dip, duck, dive, and dodge. Drop in and develop the 4 D’s of dodgeball while enjoying the classic games and creating some new ones!
