    Ages 13+
    Group Ride is ahuge calorie burner that builds strong legs! It’s a 60 minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains and sprint to the finish!   • 9:00AM - 9:45AM Aerobics
    Age 13+

    This will improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility, we will move to the rhythm but you don’t need to be able to dance.

  • 9:15AM - 10:00AM Aquafit
    Ages 13+

    Use the water's resistance to your advantage. This class will challenge your muscular and cardiovascular endurance while improving balance, stability and flexibility.

  • 10:00AM - 11:00AM Pilates
    Age 13+

    Focusing on balance, breathing, posture, and flexibility.  Find your inner strength with Pilates.

  • 12:15PM - 12:45PM Bolder Blast
    Ages 13+

    Join Dylan for a 30 minute total body workout.  This will challenge your upper body, grip strength and core.  Everyone is welcome, guaranteed to be a blast!

  • 1:00PM - 1:45PM Chair Fitness
    Ages 13+

    Build strength and endurance in this class that is completely designed with the use of chairs and wheelchairs in mind. Upbeat music and challenging exercises make this class a must!
