A specific sequence of postures that gradually increases in difficulty. Students move swiftly through this vinyasa style class. The breath is the most important thing in this class. Not the perfection of the shape. Focusing on breathing while practicing helps to quiet down the mind and the chitter chatter to de-stress from a hectic, busy day. This practice improves circulation, strengthens and lengthen the muscles, lubricates joints and improves flexibility and balance. Modifications are given if needed so it's accessible for everyone.
