Karate is a great way to get fit while learning important like skills like self-defence, discipline, and respect for self and others. Karate improves all aspects of one's physical condition, muscular strength, agility, speed, co-ordination and cardiovascular condition. This program is lead by Zorislav Krco who has 40 years experience (the majority European based) and holds the rank of the 7th Dan. Class activities help build strength, power, and speed-and it's fun!
